Indy Pass Crosses 300 Partners and Reopens the Waitlist Window
Indy said its global alpine-and-Nordic network topped 300 on Sept. 1. Waitlist sales are open; remaining inventory goes public Sept. 8.
Indy Pass did not tip-toe into September. It walked in with a number — and a calendar.
On September 1, 2026, the pass company said it would add more than fifty new resorts for 2026–27 and that its partner network had officially surpassed 300 resorts (Indy Pass news release, fetched September 3, 2026). Read that carefully: Indy counts a global network of alpine and Nordic areas across the United States, Canada, Europe, Japan, and South America — not a North American downhill-only tally.
That September 1 milestone is an announcement, not the guarantee’s finish line. Indy’s 300 Resort Guarantee is measured on November 1, 2026. Passholders may request a refund before December 1, 2026 if the partner count is below 300 on that November checkpoint (February 25 release and the September 1 release, both fetched September 3, 2026).
What Indy named in spring
The cleanest official roll call of spring additions remains the twenty-five partners Indy republished September 1 as announced in March (September 1 release, same URL as above).
Seven of those are North American alpine areas: Camp 10 Ski Area, Wis.; Coffee Mill Ski Area, Minn.; Murray Ridge Ski Area, B.C.; Paul Bunyan Ski Hill, Wis.; Pebble Creek Ski Area, Idaho; Thrill Hills, N.D.; and Whitecap Mountains Resort, Wis. The other eighteen are international or cross-country partners.
Indy’s February 25 post is useful for pricing and guarantee language, but not for a clean partner count. The headline references sixteen new resorts while the body names fifteen (February 25 release). This desk does not treat either February figure as authoritative for additions.
Still rolling through Sept. 8
On September 1, Indy said it would announce an additional thirty partners through September 8, culminating in a keynote that day, with some announcements already live September 2–3 (September 1 release; https://www.indypass.com, fetched September 3, 2026). How many of those additional partners were still unnamed as of September 3 is not established. Indy did not publish an exact remaining count.
The sale clock
Fall sales reopened September 1 at 10 a.m. Eastern to waitlist members first. Any remaining inventory goes to the general public September 8 (September 1 release). Indy director Erik Mogensen said last spring’s sellout, 37 minutes per the company, convinced them not to oversell the product.
On the live Indy shop as of September 6, 2026, adult Indy+ is $449 and adult Indy Base is $399 (https://www.indyskipass.com/shop, fetched September 6, 2026). The February 25 release had announced Indy+ at $399; that was the spring announcement price, not today’s shop. Official pass information is at https://www.indyskipass.com.
Mid-Atlantic
Indy’s Mid-Atlantic page lists Massanutten, Wintergreen, Wisp, Canaan Valley, Cataloochee, Hatley Pointe, and a string of Pennsylvania independents (https://www.indypass.com/our-resorts/mid-atlantic, fetched September 3, 2026). No Mid-Atlantic resort appeared on Indy’s spring twenty-five list. Whether later September announcements include another regional name is not established.
North Cascade Heli
North Cascade Heli in Washington is not a standard two-day lift-ticket redemption. Indy says all Indy Passholders receive discounted heli access: 15 percent off a two-day package and 10 percent off a one-day package (September 1 release). That is not Indy+-only.

September’s news confirms scale: a 300-plus global alpine-and-Nordic network by Indy’s September 1 announcement, a reopened but capacity-limited fall window, and partner names still arriving through September 8.
